Zumba® is the Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Zumba Core provides a focus on that bit in the middle! I include fabulous cardio and toning tracks that concentrate on working your core for a little bit longer to increase the results that you want. And, no, we don't get down on the floor, it's all done standing and dancing, just the way you like it. Zumba Core tracks are included in all my classes. Come and join me to party your abs off!

Zumba Sentao is the hot new Zumba class that combines hot latin Zumba moves with body toning exercises using a chair as your new dance partner. You need to book for this class, don't miss out! The Zumba Sentao™ workout takes the thrill of the fitness-party and partners it with explosive, chair-based choreography to strengthen, balance and stabilize your core, and step up your cardio work in a whole new way. Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. The cost for each Zumba® & Zumba Sentao class is £4. I also have a special offer - 6 for £20, that's just £3.33 per class or equivalent to buy 5 get 1 free ! Please note that I operate on a cash only basis. You must be aged 12 + to attend my Zumba® classes and if you are under 16 you will need a parent or guardians permission and signature on my registration form.

When you come to a Zumba®, Zumba Sentao or Zumbatomic class wear comfortable clothing and trainers or dance sneakers, but make sure the trainers are aerobic style that give lateral support rather than running trainers. You'll also need to bring a drink, Zumba® is thirsty work! Please try and arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so that you have time to register and so that I can meet you before we begin especially if this will be your first ever Zumba® session.

Zumbatomic - kids aged 4 -11 years - a total blast! This is a specialist zumba class specifically for youngsters aged 4 to 11 years. If you want your kids to have a party with a difference call to book now, call 07504 191337.
